Hotel Accomodations
NCW will provide accommodations at the newly built Moxy Charlotte. As long as you RSVP, we'll get you covered! We would also like to note that check-in and the hotel bar are both on the 13th floor.
NCW will take care of your travel from start to finish, including round-trip flights and charter bus transportation while in Charlotte, so you can focus on enjoying the experience without the hassle of driving.

Wednesday Evening
Casual attire (jeans, shorts, t-shirt or nice top)

Thursday Morning​​
If you're planning to golf, please wear proper golf attire. This includes a collared polo shirt with tailored trousers or Bermuda-length shorts for men, and similar golf-appropriate tops, skirts, or shorts for women.

If you're heading to the Whitewater Center, please wear activewear or clothing you’re comfortable getting wet in if you plan to participate in whitewater rafting. Closed-toe shoes are not required, but footwear must have a back strap or secure heel support.
Thursday Evening
For our evening on Lake Norman, it may get a little breezy out on the water, so we recommend bringing a light layer or jacket. Other than that, feel free to dress up a bit for our time aboard the Carolina Grace!

Friday
Please wear casual attire with comfortable tennis shoes, as we’ll be walking approximately 1–1.5 miles during the tour. Heels are not recommended. Also, don’t forget to pack a change of clothes for your travel home afterward!

Check for a text with your uber codes on Monday. These will be used to transport you from the airport to the hotel (and vice versa).

Pull out those clubs (or we can rent for you!) and take some swings through one of Charlotte's Bermuda grass courses.
Lunch will be served on the turn half way through playing, with finger foods being served once everyone finishes their 18-holes. Special NCW-branded balls will be there on hand, with a competition for closest to the pin at the end of day.

Everyone will get an all-access pass, meaning you can try as many of the activities as you'd like! Wet suits are available to rent, and lunch will be served here from 12-2.

We will take shore from 6-9 PM on Thursday evening, with live music, appetizers, dinner and drinks on board. We can't wait to sail the night away with you!
