Travel & Transportation
All of the transportation is on us, unless you prefer getting around on your own! Here is all the information you need on travel and transport to & from all events.
If you haven't received your travel itinerary (flight information) from Ashley Barker, please connect with her to get that information! She is only responsible for booking travel. For all other questions, please reach out to Alex directly.
Flyers
If you're flying to Charlotte, we want to provide transportation for you once you step off the plane. We'll be sending you an uber code via text so you can get a ride on us from the airport to the hotel! The code will be active all week and will cover up to 4 rides (regardless of distance or price). While we're in Charlotte, NCW will provide transportation to and from all events, so you won't have to worry about hailing a ride every time.
Transportation
All flights are covered through NCW for our 704 Experience. You will have an Uber code texted to your phone before the event begins so you can have transportation to and from the airport to the hotel! Doesn't matter how far they are. Just keep in mind that you cannot schedule rides ahead with the voucher, unfortunately. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Drivers
For those that are driving directly to Charlotte, your hotel parking is on us! The hotel has been notified to bill NCW directly for your parking if you've told us you will be driving there. You shouldn't need your car to get anywhere else during the week unless you prefer being your own chauffeur! NCW will provide a shuttle to get us from place to place unless it's within walking distance. You'll still receive the uber code for 4 free rides on us if you need to use it at some point, but we don't suspect you will.
Walking
The location of the hotel and a many of our activities during the week are within walking distance of each other. There will also be coffee/food options within walking distance. If you have concerns about walking to get places, please reach out to let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate you. There will be a 1-1.5 hour walking tour of the NASCAR Hall of Fame! Make sure you wear good walking shoes Friday morning!

Golfers finish round, closest to pin awarded with drinks and apps passed. Bus leaves at 2pm. Wind down time at the hotel until we leave for Lake Norman
2:30/3pm
Wrap up activities at WWC, head back to bus by 3pm. Wind down time at the hotel until we leave for Lake Norman

Busses leave from hotel for Lake Norman
The Carolina Grace will set shore for the evening

Tour begins
Tours will wrap up between 1-2 hours after walking through, which means our time together is over! Feel free to walk back to the hotel whenever you finish your tour to grab your things and head home. We hope you had a great time!
