If you're flying to Dallas, we want to provide transportation for you once you step off the plane. We'll be sending you an uber code via text so you can get a ride on us from the airport to the hotel! The code will be active all week and will cover up to 4 rides (regardless of distance or price). While we're in Dallas, NCW will provide transportation to and from all events, so you won't have to worry about hailing a ride every time. 

All flights are covered through NCW for our Rodeo Round-Up. You will have an Uber code texted to your phone before the event begins so you can have transportation to and from the airport to the hotel! Doesn't matter how far they are. Just keep in mind that you cannot schedule rides ahead with the voucher, unfortunately. Sorry for the inconvenience! 

For those that are driving directly to Dallas, your hotel parking is on us! The hotel has been notified to bill NCW directly for your parking if you've told us you will be driving there. You shouldn't need your car to get anywhere else during the week unless you prefer being your own chauffeur! NCW will provide a shuttle to get us from place to place unless it's within walking distance. You'll still receive the uber code for 4 free rides on us if you need to use it at some point, but we don't suspect you will.

The location of the hotel and a many of our activities during the week are within walking distance of each other. There will also be coffee/food options within walking distance. If you have concerns about walking to get places, please reach out to let us know ahead of time so we can accommodate you. There will be a 1.5 hour walking tour of the AT&T Stadium! Make sure you wear good walking shoes Friday morning!
